The Halifax Humane Society Thrift Store is moving and renamed?
The new store location is a freestanding building at 385 S. Yonge Street, Ormond Beach, FL, and is chosen Rescue ReTail. Just one mile southeast from the old location on Granada Blvd.
The new shop will open on June 1st.A grand opening commemoration will be on June 4th from 9am to 11am with entertainment, raffles, prizes, and more than.
The new shop will house over 5,000 sq. ft. of treasures and deals galore! We are open 7 days a week, and then at that place is e'er a user-friendly fourth dimension to salve! Not merely will you salvage money on our new and like-new items ranging from clothing, furniture, electronics, jewelry, pet supplies, and housewares--but your purchases help us salve lives! DONATIONS Accepted
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm and Sundays from 12 pm - iii pm.
NO DONATIONS ARE Accepted ON WEDNESDAYS.
(*Donation drop-off window may shorten during heavier donation periods due to store reaching capacity. Nosotros kindly inquire that you do non leave donations exterior of the building due to the possibility of vandalism or theft.)
Volunteers Needed!
If you would like to volunteer at the Halifax Humane Gild but prefer not to be in direct contact with the animals, you can still support our cause past helping usa at the Thrift Store. We e'er demand help unloading donations from cars, stocking shelves, pricing items, assisting customers, etc. If interested, please contact our director at 386-322-7717.
Pick Up Schedule: Tuesday & Sat (call to asking a choice up)Donation pickups of large household items, furniture, or large quantities can be scheduled by appointment on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Due to the volume of generosity shown past our community, we are unable to come out for one bag or items that could exist transported by personal vehicle. Every donation is important to united states of america, and we volition practise our best to arrange our donors. Donation pickups are limited to Eastern Volusia County.
Condo and apartments: All donations must be at the basis floor level and fully attainable. Sad for the inconvenience, but the safety of our staff is our get-go priority.
